Clients
The client list reflects the clients that have been read from your finance system and made available within Antidote. Depending on your integration, some or all of your clients may appear in the list.
Your user will have permission to view either all the clients, or clients configured by your administrator. For more information, see Roles and Permissions.
Client list

In the client table you will see the client ID that is used in your finance system, the client name, any rulesets configured for the client, the total billed and flagged in Antidote and the last invoice or draft bill date in Antidote.
You can search for a client by name or ID and sort the table by clicking on the column headings
Antidote is not configured to read all the data from your finance system, or to keep the data indefinitely. The totals in Antidote only refer to what Antidote is processed and are for information only. For billing totals check your finance system.
Client detail page
Click on the client to view the client details. The client detail page has Overview, Invoices, and Matters tabs, showing totals for the client, a list of the client invoices, and a list of matters.
From the client's page you can click Manage Rulesets to manage the client rulesets. For more information, see Rulesets.
Depending on your configuration, you may also be able to edit the client's details using the Edit Client button.
Approvals tab
If any rule in the client's ruleset requires approval at the client level - for example, the Maximum Hours rule - the client detail page will also have an Approvals tab, showing a count of outstanding approvals. This is separate from entry- and timekeeper-level approvals on a matter, which are managed on the relevant matter's Approvals tab instead.

The table shows the date, status, note, timekeeper, and rule-specific details - for the Maximum Hours rule, the hours billed that day and how far over the cap they were.
Client-level approvals work the same way as other approvals: Approve to confirm approval was obtained, or dismiss with the X button if it doesn't apply, optionally adding a note in either case. Approved and dismissed approvals can be reverted using the revert button. They are also visible against the relevant timekeeper on their own Approvals tab. See Approvals for more detail.
