Task Codes
If your finance system is connected to Antidote and task codes have been mapped, Antidote can check that time entries use the correct task code for the matter. The task code set assigned to a matter now shows in the matter header, task codes appear alongside time entries on matters, draft invoices, and My Time, and Antidote will suggest a correction when the wrong task code is used.

Meeting Detection on Matters
Antidote now automatically detects meetings across time entries on matters and flags potential issues such as too many timekeepers, misaligned hours, or conflicting narratives. Review and resolve flagged meetings from the dedicated Meetings tab on any matter.

Timekeepers
Antidote now includes a dedicated Timekeepers section, giving you visibility into flagging activity across all timekeepers. The Timekeepers list shows each timekeeper's total time, flagged amount, and flagged entry rate over the last 180 days — sorted by most flagged entries by default, so the timekeepers with the most to correct are always at the top.
Clicking a timekeeper opens their detail page, where you can adjust the date range to track whether their timekeeping is improving over time. The detail page includes a summary of flagged entries and amounts, a full entry list, flag breakdown charts by type, an activity chart, and a per-matter breakdown showing corrected, flagged, and ignored time.

Entry Audit
Administrators can now view a complete audit history of every change made to time entries. The Entry Audit page shows what changed, when it changed, and who or what made the change — with filtering by date and user, and the ability to export records as a PDF.
