Meetings to Correct
The Meetings feature is in beta. Meetings to Correct is only available if the meetings feature has been enabled for your firm.
The Meetings to Correct tab on My Time shows meeting entries that a partner or billing reviewer has assigned to you for review. These are time entries that are part of a detected meeting on a pre-bill where the reviewer has chosen to notify you rather than applying a fix themselves.
My Time is only available to users with the timekeeper role. If you do not see My Time in the sidebar, contact your administrator.
Email notifications
When meeting entries are assigned to you for review, you will receive an email notification. Click the link in the email to go directly to the relevant entry in My Time.
Accessing Meetings to Correct
Navigate to My Time in the sidebar menu and select the Meetings to Correct tab. The tab shows a count of outstanding items so you can see at a glance how many entries need attention.
Reviewing meeting entries
Each card shows a meeting entry that has been assigned to you. The card displays:
- Client and matter - the client name and matter name
- Date - the date of the meeting
- Invoice number - the invoice the entry belongs to
- Flag type - the issue detected (for example, "Inconsistent Narrative" or "Inconsistent Time")
- The original entry (highlighted in red) and the suggested fix (highlighted in green)
Actions
Each meeting entry card has two actions:
- Accept - apply the suggested fix to the time entry
- Ignore - dismiss the flag if you believe the original entry is correct as-is
When there are no entries to review, you will see a "You are up to date" message.
For more information on how meetings are reviewed by partners, see Meetings.
